Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 12:00. We help with early check-in or late check-out when possible, and you can leave your luggage with us after check-out.

Yes. All rates are bed & breakfast, served every morning from 08:30 to 12:00 on our roof terrace facing the rock tombs.

Our standard double and triple rooms face the river, and every guest can enjoy the rock-tomb view from the roof terrace. The small rooms are on the quiet garden side.

Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The Iztuzu boat leaves from the jetty right next to the hotel — a pleasant river trip of about 40 minutes. You can also go by minibus or taxi in about 20 minutes.

Dalaman Airport is about 30 minutes away. We can arrange your transfer — just add your flight details to the booking note.

You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.

Children aged 0–6 stay free. A small nightly fee applies for ages 7–12; the price is calculated automatically when you book.

With no middleman commission, the best price is on our website. You can send special requests (river view, boat tour, transfer) straight to us.

You can pay at the hotel in cash or by card, or make a prepayment by bank transfer. We never ask for card details on the website.
